As soon as your order is delivered, carefully inspect the packaging and the items inside for any signs of damage or missing/incorrect products.
If you haven't received all your products, please check your tracking details to see if additional parcels are still in transit, as they may arrive at different times.
For larger orders, multiple parcels can be separated in transit and may arrive at different times.
Step 2: Take clear photos
Please photograph:
- Any damage to the product
- The packaging, especially if it shows signs of impact
- The shipping label or any relevant identifying information
These images help us assess and resolve the issue faster.
Step 3: Contact our customer care team
Reach out to us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- The photos you took in Step 2
Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Step 4: Follow the return or replacement instructions
We’ll provide clear instructions for returning the affected item if needed. Once received or verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Step 5: Keep the original packaging
Please hold on to all packaging and documents until the issue has been fully resolved, as they may be needed during the process.
