How to check the warranty
Please contact our customer care team with:
- A photo of the product
- Any markings, model numbers or stamps on the base
- Your proof of purchase (if available)
This information helps us identify the product and confirm the correct warranty details.
What if I don’t have the warranty card?
That’s completely fine — many older products no longer have their original warranty documentation.
Once we identify the item, we’ll confirm:
- The applicable warranty period
- Any relevant exclusions
- Whether the issue is covered under warranty or consumer law
Australia
All products are protected by the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees repair, replacement or refund for major failures, regardless of whether the product is discontinued.
New Zealand
Products are also protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, in addition to the original manufacturer’s warranty.
