Our products include a manufacturer’s warranty, along with protections under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand consumer legislation. Below is a general overview of what is typically covered. For full details, please refer to the warranty card included with your product.
Australia
Your product comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality and the issue is not a major failure.
To ensure your warranty is valid, please keep your proof of purchase. Products purchased directly from us are automatically registered.
New Zealand
Products sold in New Zealand are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. These rights apply in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty supplied with your product.
Please retain your proof of purchase, and refer to your warranty card for product-specific information.
