What happens next
Once we receive your details, our team will:
- Assess the issue against the product’s warranty and consumer guarantees
- Let you know if we need any additional information
- Provide instructions for returning the product, if required
- Arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your warranty and consumer rights
Australia
Products are also protected by the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, refund or repair depending on whether the issue is considered a major or minor failure.
New Zealand
Products purchased in New Zealand are protected under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. These rights apply in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty.
