Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are completed within 30 days, often much sooner, but the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Some providers may take longer to release the funds, especially during peak periods.
If we’re unable to refund back to your original payment method, we’ll arrange the refund to your bank account via EFT.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been processed on our end. If you haven’t seen the funds after the time frame above, please contact your bank or payment provider for an update.
