Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once received, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item (if required) and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Change-of-mind returns
We’re happy to accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
- the item is unused and in its original condition
- the packaging is unopened, unmarked and undamaged
- you can provide proof of purchase (tax invoice, receipt or packing slip)
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we’ll process an exchange or refund as requested.
Return shipping
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as returned goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
