You will receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your order on our website. This email confirms that your order was successfully placed and includes a summary of what you purchased. It is also your tax invoice.
If you paid using a digital wallet or an express checkout option (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal), you may also receive an additional confirmation from your payment provider.
If you create an account or are logged in at checkout, you can also view your order status anytime by signing into your account and visiting your order history.
In some cases, you may also receive updates from the Shop App if you chose to track your order through the app.
If you don’t see an order confirmation email within a few minutes:
- Check your junk or spam folder
- Search your inbox for “order confirmed”
- Make sure the email address entered at checkout was correct
